This place is a hidden gem for anyone who loves South Indian food! The flavours are rich, authentic, and truly remind you of South region. We tried the ghee pudi thatte idli and ghee masala dosa, and they were absolutely delicious. The aroma and spices took the taste to a whole new level, better than any place I’ve tried before. What made the experience even better was the staff they were really attentive and polite. The service felt warm and welcoming. And the best part? The menu is super budget-friendly too! This is now my go-to place for dosa and idli cravings. If you’re a fan of South Indian food, this place is a must-try!

I’ve been here twice and both times couldn’t resist ordering Thatte Idli and Ghee Saagu Dosa that’s how much I loved them! • The Thatte Idli was soft, fluffy, loaded with ghee and just the right amount of podi masala . • The Ghee Saagu Dosa is unique, stuffed with kurma instead of regular potato masala and it was super tasty . Other dishes I tried: • Garlic Button Idli spicy, garlicky and absolutely outstanding. • Ghee Roast Garlic Dosa crunchy, flavour-packed and a garlic lover’s dream. • Poori Kurma light, non-oily pooris served with kurma, a perfect combo. • Masala Dosa classic and delicious, my friends loved it. • Lemon Rice with Raita fresh, not dry at all, very well made. • Juices we had watermelon and pineapple juice, super refreshing with no packaged taste. • Filter Coffee strong and aromatic, perfect if you love strong coffee. • Kesaribath the star of their menu, almost every table was ordering it and rightly so. A bit sweet, but a must-try if you have a sweet tooth. We didn’t even cross ₹2,000 for all this, totally pocket-friendly. Amazing food Good service Value for money ⭐ Highly recommended if you’re a South Indian food lover!

Best Dosa ever! This is a Bangalore based South Indian restaurant chain now open in Delhi NCR. Backed by Zerodha founder, Mr. Nikhil Kamath, this place is very famous for their crispy Benne Dosa. Parking available. 1. Food: 5/5 Their Benne Dosa is truly amazing. It's a butter masala dosa, adorned with a heart shaped butter piece. Their Ghee Podi Masala Dosa also tastes heavenly. It's loaded with ghee and is truly amazing. They are main competitors of another and more famous Bangalore based restaurant chain Rameswaram. 2. Ambience: 5/5 Ambience is of a decent mid-range restaurant. The place remains heavily crowded. 3. Service: 5/5 Service is pretty quick. At the time when we went, there was huge crowd, still we were served our food within 15 minutes. Overall great place. Limited parking is available just outside near the petrol pump.

I had Benne masala dosa which was awesome. By its name, the dosa had generous amount of butter. They also served a cute heart shaped butter along with the chutney. For sweet, I had kesaribath - it’s pineapple and sooji halwa. The sweetness was little over for me. Otherwise whole lunch was delectable and very reasonable.

Helloes Foodies, I’ve Been to Cafe Amudham cafe recently to explore the hype and food. Well, they’ve two branches in Delhi - Green Park & Janpath. Cafe is doing brilliant. Food is fabulous. Authentic flavours refresh taste buds. On point. I love the ambience. Overall experience was nice. Price range is moderate. Presentation part and service could be bit better. Felt service was bit slow at lunch time and wait time was more. Apart from that all well maintained. For sure you must try once. Sure shit recommended.

I must say - it is 10 on 10 in everything. Be it service, freshness, taste or authenticity. If you have been to CTR (Malleswaram) in Bangalore, having Benne Masala Dosa here at Amudham will transport you to that legendary place. And I must say, the filter coffee here is the best among all the places I have been in Delhi.

Cafe Amudham is a hidden gem for every South Indian food lover! From the moment you walk in, the aroma of Desi ghee and freshly ground spices wraps around you like a warm welcome. The food here is not just a meal — it’s an experience rooted in authenticity and comfort. I tried a few of their signature dishes, and each one was a standout: Dosa: Perfectly crisp on the outside and soft on the inside. Paired with fresh chutneys and piping hot sambar, every bite was a melt-in-the-mouth delight. Ghee Pudi Thatte Idli: This stole my heart. Soft, fluffy idlis soaked in ghee and coated in podi that’s packed with flavor — the balance of spice and richness was spot on. Kesari Halwa: A warm, comforting dessert that was just sweet enough, rich with ghee, and beautifully finished with golden roasted cashews. Filter Coffee: Strong, smooth, and perfectly brewed. The ideal end to a hearty meal — simple yet soul-satisfying. Cafe Amudham truly delivers on flavor, quality, and tradition. If you're craving authentic South Indian food with a touch of home, this place is a must-visit!
